Holy crap, I'm on RISK!

The new RISK! podcast was released this morning, and I’m on it! It’s VERY EXCITING. (For me, at least.) This is the first story I ever told in public, at the story show for the lovely and talented David Crabb and Michelle Walson's storytelling class at The PIT.  If you're interested in storytelling, or getting used to being in front of people, or improving your writing, or just having a great time, you should take it. You will learn many wise and wonderful things. And you will laugh your arse off. Not necessarily in that order.

Guest storytelling at CUNY Journalism School

Recently I was the guest storyteller for the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism's second annual storytelling night, and because they're an awesome broadcast journalism class, they recorded it. If you've ever wanted to hear about the backstage shenanigans of a non-union traveling Shakespeare company—and who hasn't?—well, this is for you.

Hello!

I used to perform things for a living. Now I write things for a living. And I tell stories, which will show up here from time to time. So come back soon! New things will be here on a regular-ish basis.

Did I mention I think you're cute?
